Chase Hurley was born and raised on a small family farm in Los Banos, Ca. He attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and obtained an Agricultural Marketing degree in 1989, since then has been very active in ag production and water resources for the last thirty years.  From 2004-2017, he was the General Manager of San Luis Canal Company in Dos Palos California where he represented over three hundred San Joaquin River Water Right landowners on a wide variety of resource and policy issues. 

Brad was born and raised in Merced, California and his family operated Lockwood Seed and Grain.  He attended Sonoma State University and the University of San Francisco and obtained an advanced degree in environmental science. He has an environmental land use background and for the last several years has been immersed in helping the agricultural communities throughout California. Brad has been instrumental in organizing neighbors to be proactive in the face of uncertainty.   

Jenny Scheer has 15 years of experience working with farmers, water districts, and local governments in agricultural and water policy and economics and is adept at building collaboration to solve problems. She attended Chico State where she received a degree in Agricultural Business and UC Davis where she obtained her master’s degree in agricultural and water economics. Jenny is part of the fourth generation of her family’s farm in Richvale, Ca, managing her family’s walnut huller during harvest.
